Netball Development Manager 2022

(Fixed term maternity leave relief – 14 hours per week, 34 weeks/year)

We are seeking a passionate person with outstanding interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills to fill the position of Netball Development Manager from Term 1, 2022.

Rangi Ruru is an independent girls’ school with a reputation for excellence across a wide range of academic and extra-curricular pursuits. We are very proud of the personal growth and achievements experienced by our sporting wahine, from both participatory to competition at the highest of levels. Over 85% of our students are engaged in sport, across 35 different sporting codes.

The ideal person to join our team will have relevant netball experience and knowledge, either as a coach, player or administrator. The key components of the position involve the facilitation of development opportunities for Rangi netball players and overseeing the Junior school teams (Yrs 7-10).  The part-time position can be supplemented by taking on additional coaching role(s), should the appointed person have relevant experience.

Sports Administrator 2022

(Permanent part time – 25 hours per week, 40 weeks/year)

We are seeking a passionate person with outstanding administrative and organisational skills to join our Sports Department at Rangi Ruru.

Rangi Ruru is an independent girls’ school with a reputation for excellence across a wide range of academic and extra-curricular pursuits. We are very proud of the personal growth and achievements experienced by our sporting wahine, from both participatory to competition at the highest of levels. Over 85% of our students are engaged in sport, across 35 different sporting codes.

The Sports Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the facilitation and coordination of identified sporting codes at Rangi Ruru. A key focus is on ensuring the quality of the programmes being delivered is of a high standard and importantly meets the needs of the student community. The permanent, part-time position can be supplemented by taking on additional coaching role(s), should the appointed person have relevant experience.
