1. TICKET SALES
Tickets sold by Rangi Ruru Girls’ School are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for that event and are subject to the conditions applicable to that activity.
Tickets purchased via the Rangi Ruru Girls’ School box office or website are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except as required by law.
For any tickets purchased online or in person at a discounted price, it will be necessary to show the relevant ID at the venue.
Each person attending, including children, must have a valid ticket.
The right of admittance is reserved. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance or event. Any additional conditions will be displayed at the box office or venue entrance.
Cameras, audio, and video recording devices are not permitted in the theatres.
Reserved seating is sold as the best available. In some circumstances, we may be unable to meet your requested seat preference—in such cases, tickets will be allocated as close as possible to your requested seating.
Rangi Ruru Girls’ School is a New Zealand based and operated organisation; therefore, all prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
2. DONATIONS AND PAYMENTS
All donations and purchases made on this website are processed securely through Payment Express, our trusted payment gateway.
Your credit and debit card information is transmitted securely and stored only for as long as necessary to complete the transaction.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account details, including passwords. Please log out of your account if you are using a shared or public device.
3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information collected during donations or purchases is used solely for fundraising purposes, managing donations, and keeping you informed about our activities unless you opt out.
We may contact you by email, phone, or mail unless you request otherwise.
Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
4. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND DISPUTES
If you purchase merchandise and it is faulty or not of acceptable quality, please return the item within 28 days for a refund or replacement.
Donations are generally non-refundable; however, we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you wish to dispute a donation or request a refund.
5. DELIVERY AND RECEIPTING
Delivery costs for merchandise are included in the purchase price.
Physical receipts for merchandise will be sent within 7-10 working days after dispatch.
Receipts for one-off donations will be issued upon confirmation of payment. Regular donations will receive a receipt at the end of each financial year.
Please ensure your contact details are accurate to receive your receipt.
6. CURRENCY
All prices and donation amounts are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
7. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL OF SUPPORT
If you wish to cancel your regular donation or withdraw support, please contact us directly.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rangi Ruru Girls’ School is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or participation in fundraising activities.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes means you accept the new terms.
